- What’s it like to work with you?
We ask a lot of questions. We share a lot of our previous experience to demonstrate possible ways to solve a problem. We are very practical. We don’t believe software is the solution to everything. The variety of professional experiences in our team give us a perspective not often found in other software companies.
- What size of organizations do you work with?
Our clients include membership organizations of all sizes – single staff to ten plus staff. We have built custom solutions for very large and rather small organizations. However, our main focus is on those right in the middle where our solutions provide the greatest impact for the investment.
- What if we already have an AMS system?
No problem. We have worked with many clients that use iMIS, Personify, Avectra, Aptify and other large AMS platforms. We can easily program a single sign-on function to provide a seamless experience for site users. In many of those cases, our client’s prefer more content management options than those enterprise AMS solutions provide and work with us to get the best of both worlds.
- How much does it cost to work with you?
Each client is unique and their requirements determine the cost for initial implementation. The good news is that our system is flexible enough to allow for features to be added now and in the future – without redeveloping the entire site. Many of our relationships with clients are over 5, 10 and even 15 years where we keep improving their existing system over time.
- Can you add some of your features to our current system?
Absolutely. For example, we have a number of clients that only use our e-Learning system for online training and continuing education. Others just use the content management system. Additionally, we can work with your graphic designer or we can bring our own into the project. Our flexibility allows us to scale our solutions to your current or long term needs.
- How much of our time will this take?
We understand that this can be an overwhelming effort for the association staff. And, some of the time commitment depends on the complexity of the system we will deliver for you. For example, we can structure a site migration that will allow your staff as much or as little effort as you desire. In many cases, we complete the entire migration for our clients allowing them to focus on the more important issues on the site.
- Do we need to be tech savvy?
Not at all. We are technologists and understand that some people are not. We like to say that you are the business experts and we are the technology experts. Together, we can develop a solution that will meet your specific needs.
- Are there other benefits to working with you?
We like to think there are many. But, the one our clients seem to appreciate the most is our association market knowledge. We talk to many non-profits each week. We have built many systems for them over the last 20 years. We have built, literally, hundreds of websites and have seen the Internet grow from its earliest days. We love to share experiences that may help you better understand a solution to an existing problem.
- What if we don’t have the time to manage our Web site?
We can help you by managing parts of the site or all of it. We can literally post everything for you. Or, we can manage none of it on a regular basis.
